The city’s minimum temperature was 3.9 degrees Celsius, three degrees below normal, and the lowest in the winter season so far. Yesterday, The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a “yellow” alert for “dense fog” at isolated parts of the city and adjoining areas like Haryana and Chandigarh.
