In a bid to ease traffic congestion in Hyderabad, 2500 additional traffic police personnel will be deployed across various key areas, including Secunderabad, Rachakonda, and Cyberabad.
The decision was made following a review meeting chaired by chief minister A Revanth Reddy, where he acknowledged the pressing need to address traffic issues in the city.
During the meeting, the chief minister, along with top police officials and representatives from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), discussed strategies to tackle traffic congestion effectively.
